is pleased to present an LP equity investment opportunity to capitalize the
development of Farmhouse at Westfield Station, a 324-unit multi-family
development located just south of downtown Westfield and only three miles north
of downtown Carmel, Indiana. Situated on 24.1 acres adjacent to US Hwy 31, the
multi-family development site is the first phase of Westfield Station, a master
Planned Unit Development (PUD), which will incorporate a ±112,000 SF office
campus, a ±200,000 SF senior living facility, a ±128 key hotel, and up to
±30,000 SF of retail space.
Farmhouse at Westfield Station will be comprised of 13
residential 3-story garden-style buildings and a full-service clubhouse
including a fitness center, coffee bar, community garden, and a car wash. The
development will feature Class A interior finishes and market-leading amenities
centered around a luxurious 25 meter resort-style saltwater pool for residents
to enjoy. The unit mix will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor
plans with unit sizes ranging from 662 SF to 1,423 SF.
